At Shalvie, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.

Cancellation : Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Products : If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team sharing the Images and videos of the damages product  at +918180976827 or use the contact form. Within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement . Refund policy is valid upto 20 days after receiving the product.


Exchanges : We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, you must return the original product and place a new order. 


Exceptions : The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds: personalized items, final sale items, and items purchased from our clearance section.
